I need a kiss
well placed on my cheek.
Won't you send one my way?
I need a kiss
straight from your lips
to erase some of this pain.
I need a kiss
to make me feel better.
Won't you blow one my way?
I need a kiss
doesn't have to be forever
But for now I need it to stay.
So send me a kiss.
One that's heartfelt.
One that shows you care.
Send me a kiss,
to make my heart melt,
to let me know you're there.
I need a kiss
not much more than that.
Just a kiss where this emptiness is at.

yea kissing can be amazing sometimes when it makes you feel like the rest of the world isnt there.
One kiss can make a person fall in love, unless you are in love with kissing.
If I give you a kiss
then you will want two,
then we'll do all the things
that kissing leads too.

Cleaner i like your poem about kissing as well. yes kissing can lead to many things. but as aware says in his poem this kiss isnt for pleasure...its to help ease the pain. Pleasure kisses can come later ;) hehe
Sunasia nice to see a new "face" I am glad you love this poem. Love is the most important meaning for why we kiss. to fall in love. but most people these days take sex and kissing for granted. they say oh its just sex.. oh its just a kiss. but to some it means so much more. and gets belittled by the one person it should mean that much to as well. When u find someone who appreciates all that and more with you then it is truly something special :)
